I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is superb, just a short 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn station which takes you directly to Alexanderplatz. Secondly, the cleanliness of the facilities was exemplary, with everything spotless and well-maintained. Finally, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The facilities were impeccably clean, from the room to the spacious bathroom with a big shower box. The hotel is located very close to the S-Bahn station, making transportation convenient. We were able to easily access the train and reach the city center in just 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and spoke English, made our communication smooth.
